At your earliest convenience, please upload the following items
If you would like to be featured in the Golden Spotlight, please complete the form or email RoundTable@GoldenCharacterDesign.com
First, a head shot photo of you. By providing this, you grant us the right to post this image for use in promoting the program and as a placeholder in the broadcast in case we lose your camera feed.
If anyone ever struggles to pronounce your name correctly, please consider uploading a quick audio clip of you or someone else speaking your name. This will not be used or shared. It is only for aiding the host in show prep.
Use this to upload any file requested or needed.
Please prepare and upload one or two videos that include your work (two is ideal; please read ahead). This could be screenshots, game play, trailers, and so-forth. If it is audio only (such as music), just create a slide to display that tells viewers what they are listening to. Keep in mind that these will occupy less than half of the screen, so text should be large (see the template at the top of this page). We will adjust the size of the video to fit the space. 1920x1080 mp4 is ideal.
There should be one video or slide that either has no audio or can be muted. This will run on screen while you introduce yourself, answer questions, and so forth. This video can be anywhere from 15 seconds to 15 minutes, and we will replay it if the end is reached. There is no guarantee that this entire video will be seen.
The second video can include audio but is not required to. This gives you the opportunity to actually present your game or work. You will be given 5 minutes to present. Therefore, this video should be anywhere in length from 15 seconds to 5 minutes max. If you have more than two, but the total time is under the time allotted, we can work to accommodate this.
Finally, you can upload any graphics you would like to include. We can typically only have two on screen, so just pick your most important items. These could be your company logo, your game capsule, artwork, a character or 3D render, etc. We will size these to fit in the small space in the middle of the screen while you and your work are being featured (see the graphics elements in the template at the top of this page).
This may seem like a lot, but it is all geared to help your time with us be smooth, productive, professional, and rewarding! The sooner you can get us these items, the sooner we can schedule you and spotlight your work! We look forward to seeing what you have and sharing it with the community!
